My parents love the Soccer World Cup, specially my mom. She grew up watching it every four years since she was little.
This year, my mom is getting a little too exited when she watches the World Cup games. She screams and jumps when she sees a goal and she yells and screams at the TV during the games and my ears suffer a great deal. I'm afraid I'm going to loose my hearing one of these days. I just know she is having a lot of fun, so to preserve my hearing and sanity I go to my room, close the door and breath deep. Thank God this is only for a couple of more weeks, then things should go back to normal until the next world cup.
